Photo dated December 18, 2013 shows Justin Bieber arriving for the world premiere of "Justin Bieber's BELIEVE" at the Regal Cinemas at LA Live in Los Angeles. Bieber's run-ins with the law could potentially get him kicked out of the United States, the nation where the Canadian-born teen idol struck it rich, immigration lawyers said on January 24, 2014. Bieber, 19, kept a low profile a day after he was charged with driving under the influence after police caught him drag racing in Miami Beach, allegedly after drinking and smoking marijuana. (AFP)

Grammy Awards: Beyonce & Jay Z's show-stopper

The Grammys show, music's biggest night, kicked off with first couple of hip hop Beyonce and Jay-Z offering up a sultry performance of their "Drunk in Love."

(Reuters)

Beyonce and Jay Z have proved once agian why they are called the king and queen of R&B.

Their out of the world opening performance during Grammy Awards cast a spell.

(Reuters)

Unlike the risqué, attention-grabbing performances that have dominated music award shows of late, the couple put on a classy performance that made their mark without the sleaze factor.

(Reuters)

It was the couple's first live rendition of the romantic song and a performance that will be hard to top, despite a number of high profile artists on the line-up for the evening.

(Reuters)

The stage was dark and smoke surrounded the superstar until she finally got up and started to strut a bit. When Jay Z came out for his verse, the audience erupted.

(Reuters)

The pair held hands, slow-danced a bit and got the show off to a steamy start. It was a near flawless performance — and the first time they’ve played this song together in public live.

(Reuters)

The two are no stranger to Grammy collaborations. Last year, Jay performed “Suit & Tie” with Justin Timberlake. In 2009 he joined forces with Colplay in 2009 for “Lost!” and in one of the weirder collaborations, he performed a Beatles medley with Paul McCartney and Linkin Park in 2006.

(Reuters)

Beyoncé has performed solo numerous times and in 2008, she played “Proud Mary” with Tina Turner. Tonight’s performance was the first time they husband-wife power couple have performed together on the Grammys.
