Kim Kardashian West has lost 17lbs in baby weight just 10 days after giving birth to her son Saint.

The reality TV star welcomed son Saint into the world on December 5 and has admitted she is determined to lose the 60lbs she gained while she was pregnant with her and husband Kanye West's second child.
Speaking to her step-father Caitlyn Jenner on a live stream on her app and website, she said: "This feels like a really hard recovery but we will get through it. Everyone does it."

Kim - who also has two-year-old daughter North with the rapper - revealed she weighed just over 9st when she fell pregnant with Saint and went up to 13st 7lb towards the end of her pregnancy.
But when Caitlyn complimented her on her weight loss the 35-year-old beauty admitted she is "feeling much better".

Despite shedding more than a stone since she had Saint, Kim insisted before his birth that she wanted to take her time ditching her baby weight.
In a post on her website, she wrote: "A few weeks to go and 60 pounds up! I look at other celebrities and Instagram girls who are literally so skinny right after giving birth. How is that possible?!?!
"I mean, I'm focused and I love the challenge of getting my body back and feeling good again, BUT I am going to be a little bit more realistic. I'm not saying anyone is being unhealthy or not doing it the right way, but how do they lose weight and look so good so fast?! (sic)"

During the show, Kris tells her daughter Kourtney: "I just went to lunch ... and I pulled out these tampons and they were all flabbergasted."
Subsequently, Kris revealed she still has her period, due to the estrogen cream she uses, and that after explaining that to a group of her friends, one of them asked if she was on birth control.

Recalling the conversation, Kris said: "Why in the world at 60 years old would I be on birth control?!
"And she said, 'Because you can still get pregnant.'

"I don't think I could get pregnant. If I am pregnant, I don't know what I would do!"
Following her candid conversation with Kourtney, Kris rings her gynecologist who tells her emphatically that there's no chance she will get pregnant.

Kris subsequently admitted: "Never thought I'd be happy to hear, 'No, you can't get pregnant!"'
She also said: "I realised I don't want to get married. But I really have a lot of fun with Corey and I love being with him."
