The 34-year-old reality TV star, who is set to give birth to her second child with rapper husband Kanye West in December, has hit back at rumours she is having a baby boy and insists they haven't shared the news with anyone else yet.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star addressed the speculation on Twitter, writing: "So many rumors...we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet! Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me (sic)!"
But a source told Us Weekly magazine that Kim, who already has 23-month-old daughter North with Kanye, 38, is thrilled to be having a son.

The insider added: "Kim always wanted two kids. A girl and a boy."
Unlike during her first pregnancy, the brunette beauty is suffering from severe morning sickness at the moment.

She recently tweeted: "So f**king sick today on all levels!!!!! UGHHHHHHHHH I can't deal!!!!!!!!!! Praying I get through the day (sic)!"
Kim, who gained 50 pounds while pregnant with North, has hired a nutritionist to help her maintain a healthy weight during her second pregnancy, but after recently being complimented by a fan on her small baby bump, she replied: "honey it's just the beginning lol Lets not get ahead of ourselves LOL (sic)"

Kim's birthday surprise for Kanye
Kim Kardashian West rented the Staples Centre for Kanye West's birthday s he could play an NBA-style game with his closest pals.

The 'Bound 2' hitmaker turned 38 yesterday and his big surprise from the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star was an afternoon of basketball on one of the world's most famous courts, costing her a pricey $110,000.
A source told E! News: "Kim rented out the Staples Centre so Kanye and his boys could play an NBA-style game with real refs and Laker girls!

"John Salley is the announcer. Houston Rockets player James Harden and rapper 2 Chainz are the coaches. John Legend sang the national anthem."
Kanye's friends - including Justin Bieber, Tyga and Pusha T - as well as his family joined the rapper at the court and NBA legends Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal recorded special messages for the star that showed on the big screen.

Kim's sister Khloé Kardashian was also in attendance, sharing a snap from the party.
She captioned the photo of Kanye in a custom-made basketball vest: "Kim rented out staples bitch!!! Him and his boys are going to ball!!!! Happy birthday Yeezy!!!! (sic)"

The 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' star - who is expecting her second child with husband Kanye West - suffered pre-eclampsia, a condition which causes dangerously high blood pressure, while pregnant with daughter North, now 23 months, and after being warned she is likely to experience the disorder again, she is doing all she can to reduce her risk.
According to website TMZ, the 34-year-old beauty has hired an expert to devise a weekly meal plan, with two specific requests; that they include lots of water and are low in sodium.

Kim began each day when pregnant with North by tucking into a donut, but this time around she is opting for protein shakes instead.
Kim recently admitted she is hoping her 37-year-old husband will help out more while she is carrying their second child.
Asked if Kanye will help her out during her pregnancy, she said: "I hope he will! He didn't help me last time. He did after, he was like 'OK, I can't take this I'm going to help you.' But we also like to keep everything really separate because it's just sometimes easier that way."

Though the couple have explained to North that she will be getting a sibling, the little girl doesn't fully understand.
Kim said: "She knows that Mommy has a baby in her belly, but she thinks everyone has a baby in their belly. I think she thinks its my belly button."
