The 33-year-old singer - who has three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy with husband Jay Z - is delighted with the 22-Day Diet Revolution, a vegan plan devised by Marco Borges, because she has finally found lasting results.
Speaking in a video-taped segment on 'Good Morning America', she said: "I am not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves, I'm proud of my curves. I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works, that actually keeps the weight off has been difficult for me."

And as well as losing weight, the 'Feeling Myself' singer found other benefits with the plant-based meal plan.
She said: "I felt like my skin was really firm, a lot tighter than when I deprived myself of food and got the weight off fast. The weight stayed off."

Prior to her appearance on the show, a teaser had appeared in which Beyonce said: "This is something I have to share with everyone."
The short clip sparked speculation she would be announcing a new album or even another pregnancy, but instead she went on the programme to promote 22 Days Nutrition, her and Marco's meal delivery service, which was first announced in February.

Harper Beckham - daughter of David and Victoria Beckham - has been presented with her own England soccer kit by England's women's soccer team.

The 3-year-old daughter of retired soccer star David and fashion designer Victoria received the gift from the England's women's soccer team ahead of their World Cup match.
Taking to Instagram to share a snap of the thoughtful present, David wrote: "What an amazing gift from the @england women's team for Harper.

"Good luck to the team tomorrow in their first game against France.. #lionesses #pride #england. (sic)"
Meanwhile, Victoria - who also has sons Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12 and ten-year-old Cruz with David - previously joked her daughter's love of soccer was a "dagger to her heart".

She said: "Harper loves football. It's like a dagger going into my heart! As much as she is girly, she's a tomboy as well."
Earlier in the week, David shared a snap of him and his sons teaching the little girl to kick a football.

Comparing her talents to US soccer star Mia Hamm, he captioned a photograph of Harper kicking a ball into a net: "Mia Hamm eat your heart out. Harper Seven taking lessons from her brothers (oh and her dad) (sic)"
