The 65-year-old former Olympian - who was previously known as Bruce Jenner - is believed to have splashed out the hefty sum on cosmetic surgery and having her closet remodelled.
A plastic surgeon estimated that her cosmetic surgery could have cost $81,000, with over $10,000 being spent on her breast enhancement in April, reports Radar Online.

The bustier which Caitlyn wore for the Vanity Fair magazine shoot, her first photo shoot as a woman, cost $200 with another gown costing a pricey $7,000.

Her closet, which cost $15,000 to be remodelled, is believed to be full of brand new dresses worth approximately $150,000.

She said: "To be able to wake up in the morning, be yourself, get dressed, get ready to go out, and just be like a normal person. That's a wonderful feeling to go through life.
"I've never been able to do that; it's always been confusion, it's always been, you know, I've got one side [with] boy clothes, the other side's women's clothes. It's like I cleaned the whole closet out - the boys stuff is gone, okay?"

Kim expecting twins?
Kim Kardashian West is reportedly expecting twins after having two eggs fertilised.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star - who announced she was pregnant with husband Kanye West's baby yesterday is believed to have had two eggs fertilised.
A source shared: "Kim has told a handful of people that she had in vitro and that two eggs were fertilized. She is waiting to see if they both 'stick' before she makes any kind of announcement.
"She has to wait and see if they are both OK. And she is waiting to get an OK from her doctor that both the fertilized eggs are healthy."
The 34-year-old television personality - who has 23-month-old daughter North with the 'Bound 2' rapper - is also said to be keeping a low profile about her happy news - with only her mother, sisters and husband knowing about the twins - so she does not upstage her stepmother Caitlyn Jenner, who was previously known as Bruce Jenner before undergoing a gender transition, who revealed her new name and the first photographs yesterday.
Meanwhile, the family are said to be planning an outing together with Caitlyn so they can show their support for the 65-year-old former Olympian.
Another insider added to NYDailyNews.com: "They're planning a family outing that's going to be 'accidentally' filmed by the paparazzi. It's going to be Kim, Kanye and maybe others, going out with Caitlyn to show their support.
"They're talking about doing it in New York and not L.A. Kris is reluctant to take part in it. It would happen sooner than later."

Vanity Fair magazine has unveiled the first pictures of Caitlyn Jenner, who was known as Bruce Jenner before transitioning to a woman.
The former Olympian - who was known as Bruce Jenner before transitioning to a woman - has spoken out for the first time since her recent tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer in a feature accompanied by her first pictures as a woman, which were taken by acclaimed photographer Annie Leibovtiz.
Caitlyn said: "If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, 'You just blew your entire life.'"
She has also set up her Twitter account, writing on the micro blogging site: "I'm so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. Can't wait for you to get to know her/me."
Meanwhile, in a previous interview, where Caitlyn confirmed she would be transitioning into a woman, she admitted she wasn't quite ready to announce the name she had chosen just yet.
She said: "If I do [reveal the name], the media will go crazy and I'll never get rid of them," before joking that it wouldn't begin with a K like her ex-wife Kris Jenner, step-daughters Kim Kardashian West, Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian and her daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
In other pictures from the shoot - which were taken at her Malibu home - Caitlyn is seen wearing a multitude of beautiful outfits including a ball gown and a sequinned dress.
Kanye 'desperate' to buy Neverland
Kanye West is reportedly "desperate" to buy Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch as a gift for his wife Kim Kardashian West.
The huge property - which was owned by the late 'Thriller' singer from 1988 to 2005 and included an amusement park and petting zoo - recently went up for sale for £65million and the 37-year-old rapper reportedly wants to buy it as a gift for his wife Kim Kardashian West, after falling in love with the 2400 acres, following a few visits.
However, the 'All Day' hitmaker has asked for a £10million reduction on the asking price of the ranch, located in California.
A source told the Daily Star newspaper: "Kanye is desperate to own Neverland but he's not prepared to pay the price they want."
Kim and Kanye only recently moved in to their latest home with their daughter North, after it required extensive renovation, but they could be about to move again if the 'Gold Digger' star gets his way.
While Kanye is able to afford the £65million property now, he revealed this week that he had to "fight to be accepted" into the fashion industry, after starting out as a musician.
Kanye said: "It's a tough world out there. You're going to prepare yourself for politics, bad bosses, hating employees - and usually when you're the absolute best, you get hated on the most."
