Reality TV star Kim Kardashian West has been told she may have to use a surrogate mother if she wants another baby.

The 34-year-old reality TV star - who gave birth to her first child North West in June 2013 - has a problem with her uterus which means she might not be able to carry another baby, and in the latest episode of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', Kim is told that a proposed operation to remove parts of her placenta that were still stuck to her uterus after her last birth would expose her to risks during her next pregnancy.
Fighting back tears, Kim says: "There is nothing more on this earth that I want more than to be pregnant again and to go through that experience, I would pay any amount of money to have that.
"Surrogacy is really scary for me, I don't want one, I don't want that to be my reality.

"It's my last resort, surrogacy. As much as I hated being pregnant, and I complained every step of the way and joked that I didn't want one, I really don't want a surrogate.
"I wouldn't dare ask anyone to do this for me. It freaks me out, what if they're a lunatic, what if they run off with my baby? I can't do it, I just can't."

Kim - who's been open about her desire to have another baby with husband Kanye West - added: "I complained so much about being pregnant, I never thought I would be begging to be again.
"Trying for baby number two is not fun like baby number one."

Kris Jenner says Rob will die

Kris Jenner is worried Rob Kardashian is "going to die."
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star says her 28-year-old son, who is battling depression, has isolated himself from their family and gained 100 pounds over the past year.

In a clip for the show's upcoming episode, which will air on E! on Sunday (05.04.15), the talent manager tells eldest daughters Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West: "If I don't help him do something drastic, he's going to die. I'm just waiting for this horrible thing to happen and there's nothing we can do about it."
The trio then meet with a medical specialist to discuss how they might be able to get Rob to seek help, but Khloe Kardashian is noticeably absent.

The Kardashian family matriarch, 59, also confesses that she finds it very difficult to discuss Rob's issues.
She explains: "I don't talk about it very much, so it's very upsetting. He doesn't want to participate, he doesn't go out of the house. He's missed Christmas, he missed Kim's wedding."

Meanwhile, Kim admits Rob rarely speaks to her these days.
She says: "He obviously has some kind of depression. He is the king of excuses. I'm the only that's really tough on with him so he probably avoids me the most."

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star's mother Kris Jenner and sister Khloé Kardashian were reportedly terrified and on the verge of filing a missing persons report because they couldn't locate the 28-year-old sock designer, who has been battling depression for some time, for three days.
A source close to the family said: "Rob had been at Khloe's house Friday morning, and left without telling anyone where he was going. Khloe was out of town but her assistant was at the house. After learning Rob had left, Khloé began calling and texting her brother to check-in. After not hearing from Rob for over 24 hours, she called her mom, Kris. Kris began calling Rob's friends, and dispatched staffers to go by Rob's condo.
"Rob wasn't at his condo, and his friends had no idea where he was."

While Khloé was eager to call the police, Kris "didn't think it was necessary."
The insider explained to gossip website RadarOnline.com: "She thought Rob would get very angry that the cops were called, and it would have created a media circus. Finally on Monday morning, Rob came back to Khloe's house, not offering any explanations for his whereabouts. His disappearance certainly wasn't a good thing, and Khloé is afraid it will happen again."
Khloé, 30, recently admitted she is very worried about her brother.

When she finally gets through to the rapper, she explains: "This doctor that I saw today told me every worse case scenario...he was like, 'OK, when you have your baby, this will be your last one, the problem is your placenta grew onto your uterus.' "
The brunette beauty later admits she is desperate to have another child.
She says: "When I was pregnant with North, I used to tell everyone there was no amount of money anyone could pay me to go through this experience again.

"I'm just so annoyed that my kids are going to be so many years apart."
Kim previously revealed it was a "miracle" she conceived North because four doctors told her she would never be able to get pregnant.
