Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan who is the ambassador of ‘Dettol Banega Swachh India’ (Clean India) campaign launched 12- hour ‘Cleanathon’.
The actor was nominated by Indian PM Narendra Modi who wishes to see India as a sanitized and hygienic country. The campaign aims to work with NGOs to support construction and maintenance of toilets.
Several other Bollywood stars like Priyanka Chopra, Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha part of 'Cleanathon' event in Mumbai.
