Sandra Bullock came face-to-face with her alleged stalker on the landing of her home when he broke into the property last month.

The 'Gravity' actress raised the alarm last month upon discovering superfan Joshua Corbett going through her personal items, and it has now emerged she found him in her hallway at 1am after getting up to close and lock her bedroom door when she heard a loud banging noise.

According to website TMZ - who have obtained a copy of the search warrant for Corbett's property - Sandra slammed and locked her door shut and called police, who she told she had showered before going to bed so she was unsure how long he had been in the Los Angeles property.

When police arrived at the home she shares with her four-year-old son Louis - who was away that night - Corbett began screaming apologies.

He said: "Sandy, I'm sorry. Please don't press charges."

The alleged stalker was carrying several handwritten notes and a notebook filled with cut-out pictures of the 'Blind Side' star.

One note read: "I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you.(sic)"
Another said he forgave her for "anything you may have done" and that she is "hot and intelligent, lissome and taught. (sic)."

Following a search on his home, Corbett was charged with 19 felonies relating to weapon possession after he was discovered to have an "arsenal" of weapons, including seven machine guns.

As well as seven charges for those guns, he also faces two counts of possession of an assault weapon and 10 counts of possession of a destructive device - believed to be red-tipped tracer rounds - as well as being charged for stalking the actress.
